I’m Filippo, and bread has been part of my life for as long as I can remember.
My grandfather baked in Florence, and his love for the craft lit the spark that pushed me to start my own journey.
Since then, I’ve spent more than a decade experimenting at home, guided by books, workshops, and lots of trial and error. Flour, water, and time still amaze me with what they can become.
Now, I share that knowledge in a way that feels straightforward and welcoming — so you can bake bread at home with confidence.
